               Building Capital Campaign Update - September 2024

                                            Projected Timeline

Temporary Relocation:                  Starting January 1, 2025 

     

        ESC plans to move operationgs to Milestone Senior Services              located at 918 Jasper Street, Kalamazoo MI  49001 

​

Preconstruction Design Phase:     September 2024 - March 2025

     

         We will continue to work on finalizing the masterplan,                        environmental review, mitigation, and demolition.

Construction Phase:                       Early spring 2025 

​

Contruction Completion:              Summer 2026

​
